Ros and Iain live down South but came back up to Scotland to have their wedding ceremony at one of my favourite churches, Symington Parish Church, it is absolutely beautiful.  Their wedding reception at Seamill Hydro was bound to run smoothly with such pleasant co-ordinators there, nothing is ever a problem.

We met up with the girls as they were getting ready, lots of laughing and all very relaxed.  I am sorry I have not put a photograph of Ros’s famous white wellies which she had bought so we could go on the beach later, but I can assure you we took it.  It was very over cast that day but they were lucky to get beautiful sunshine early in the day and it did stay dry.

Wedding photography does not always have to be complicated and really can be fun.  I have put in a photograph of Ros standing against a white door simple but I think it is really lovely, her flowers were very unusual colours and stunning.  Then the girls are just having a laugh together, no one looking at the camera but again I love it.  A grey sky is not always a bad thing we have used it to our advantage in the more dramatic shot of Ros and Iain at Seamill as we wait for the guests to get back from the church.  We do like to make the most of every minute available to us.
